Eric Guttierez

Eric Guttierez is not from the region even if his memories of holidays in Basque Country are still vivid and sufficient to make him feel like a son of the soil for many generations back. Thirty years later, he left behind everything to launch his organic sheep’s milk dairy farm in his little corner of the Gironde, just down the road from Périgord. And when the summer comes and the grass is thin on the ground, he takes his flock up to the Pyrenean mountain pastures just like in the olden days.
