Cartelin

Cartelin is a dry, boiled cake made from wheat, butter, sugar and Cognac.

It is very similar to craquelin breton, due to its crunch, round shape and rough surface. Today, they are covered in an abundance of sugar, making it the perfect snack when you’re a little peckish.
