In the South-West, poultry farming has developed alongside maize planting. This is still the basic feed used for poultry in Gascony. Gascony poultry are raised for over 81 days (double that of a traditional chicken) and, most importantly, they live free-range in large areas with trees. Farmers have utilised their savoir-faire for over 40 years in order to bring a solid, tasty meat to your table that has real nutritional value.
