The goat’s cheese log originates from Poitou-Charentes. It is matured for a minimum of 7 days and can be recognised thanks to its cylindrical shape and ivory-coloured, soft texture. It is usually cut into slices.
This cheese has a melt in the mouth texture and strong goat flavour. It pairs very well with toast and makes a great pizza topping!
