When to find it? March, April, May, June, August, September

Pike are most commonly found in Haute-Vienne and La Creuse in various lakes and ponds across the region. Usually weighing between 2 and 4 kg, some fish can weigh up to 20kg! This fish is carnivorous and, to the delight of foodies, has a firm white flesh.
