As the granddaughter of butchers-caterers, I was soon brought up on the quality products of southwestern France, not to mention the duck magrets and Espelette peppers! With an ever-present thirst for new experiences, I now enjoy giving recipes from around the world a touch of my terroir sauce: burgers with stir-fried foie gras, empenadas with Cabécou cheese, cupcakes with strawberries… As well as testing a ton of restaurants from Paris to Bordeaux, where the chefs busy themselves with simple, genuine, true cuisine that honours the products!
