Gilbert Darthayette

Gilbert grows A.O.P. Espelette Peppers in the Basque Country. He produces approximately 27,000 pepper plants a year and handles all the production stages through to processing. His favourite topic is quality and his motto is ‘I’m the number one consumer of all my products.’
