Nathalie Demelier

Nathalie and her husband, Nicolas, have been goat farmers since 2003. In 2015, they decided to get involved in the cheese-making process. They make three kinds of cheeses: Chabichou du Poitou A.O.P., Mothais sur feuille and Carré de Couet.
