When to find it? All year round

Cassemuseaux are crunchy biscuits made from flour, eggs, sugar and fromage frais originating from the Poitiers region. In the past, on the day of the Rogations procession at the start of May, they were thrown into the faces of assistants, which is where their name comes from.
