Filou bread is a thick bread roll weighing 50g with chocolate chips or dried fruit (apricot, figs…). This roll is sold by bakeries under the ‘Poitou-Charentes Endorsed’ quality system. It is made using a traditional French bread flour which also benefits from the ‘Poitou-Charentes Endorsed’ territorial identifier.
Manufactured without the addition sugars or fats, given its nutritional value, filou bread is an easy replacement for pastries and makes the ideal sweet treat.
