Its original &. unique shape, easily identifiable thanks to its label, has transformed it into a collective mark. Made using only whole raw milk, this soft lactic cheese is eaten fresh, soft and moist, or more mature depending on taste. It is made exclusively on the farms and lands of Limousin, a country of trees and water. It has become THE goat’s cheese of Limousin Farmer’s.
