Born in 1977 in Bordeaux, I’m interested in a lot of things but not wine! Just goes to show… I’ve tested Ayurvedic cuisine, macrobiotics and vegetarianism… Now, I do a mix of everything there is since I’ve got some big-time meat-eaters at home! I love cookbooks, at last count, I had about 200 of them. I like gleaning ideas out of them to change the daily routine, hence the idea of this blog that serves as a bridge between my books and you.
So why ‘risette and risotto’ you may ask?! Well, because a friend offered me the little book by Madame Risette since she thought it’d be a good fit for me. I don’t know about you, but personally I think it’s pretty spot-on!
