I love cooking savoury dishes, adding a touch of originality to my recipes, and sharing them with as many people as possible. In 2009, I created my culinary blog to share and gives others a treat. I’ve always enjoyed cooking. My cuisine is tasty, contemporary, gastronomically inspired but always in tune with the seasons and products.
I create recipes but that’s not all. I also participate in cooking contests as well as do features on food-related artisans, products (caviar, saffron…) and culinary topics (tradeshows, events…). I also report on my outings to restaurants.
