As an active (hyperactive) mother, I’ve always enjoyed eating, cooking, sharing and travelling. One food re-balancing act later, I’m still a real foodie, but an enthusiast for healthier eating. People ask me for my recipes? In 2016, I created a blog and in 2018, I published my first cookbook!
The majority of my dishes are local and seasonal. And nature has been generous with our beautiful Region.
