The art of eating and drinking well is a passion that Sylvie Berteaux has been sharing for several years now. Naturally curious, she makes the most of her travels to discover new places, starting out with the locals, their food and culinary habits. In 2015, Sylvie came up with the idea of creating a gourmet tour concept in Bordeaux that reconciles the city’s gastronomy with touristic discovery.
She offers 3 tasting tours, that she organises at different times of day. To explore the city and its savours, she has selected a range of artisans passionate about ‘eating well’, from cheese makers to bakers, and including market gardeners.
