Aurélien Crosato

Chef

Aurélien Crosato’s career took him from Agen (in Mariottat’s restaurant) to the Aubrac (in Michel Bras’ restaurant) and then to San Francisco. Together with his wife Serena, Aurélien Crosato opened Solena in 2011 in Bordeaux, a cosy and intimate restaurant with twenty seats where he serves a fresh, contemporary cuisine focused on seasons and local products. He is listed in the Michelin Guide, the Gault & Millau, Fooding and Omnivore.
