After having trained at renowned restaurants in Monaco, Pauillac, Cannes, Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, Toulouse, Jurançon and Geneva, Christophe Dupouy set up shop in the Landes where he grew up. His restaurant, Les Clefs d’Argent in Mont-de-Marsan, has a seasonal menu marked by a strong local flavour accentuated by colourful, exotic ingredients.
