Clément Julien

Clément Julien is a culinary instructor at the tourism and hotel management school (Lycée d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme de Gascogne) in Talence (Gironde). It’s been fifteen years now since he settled in Aquitaine, and he is dedicated to promoting regional products to his students and during cooking demonstrations that he sometimes presents during public events.
