After pursuing studies at a hotel management school, Karine and Emmanuel Ardillon opened the restaurant La Marmite in Dorat which rapidly become a must for gourmet food lovers.
Then took over Le Cochon Gourmand, a family deli butcher’s shop since 1977 where they propose a wide range of high-quality, fresh products. They rapidly expanded the catering business.
Au Délice Gourmand was born out of these gourmet experiences, which proposes a tailor-made catering service for weddings, cocktail parties, receptions, family meals, hiring a chef for your event at home, and so on.
