Jésus Hurtado

Chef

After heading kitchens in several restaurants in the Gironde department, Chef Jésus Hurtado created ‘Cuis’in les ateliers’ in mid-2009, a concept of culinary classes for four to five people at his home in the heart of Bordeaux. Former Spanish teacher and more recently chef in a large brasserie in Talence, Chef Jésus wanted to unite two worlds he holds dear: cooking and sharing a savoir-faire, through teaching.

You can find him from Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 10.30 am on France Bleu Gironde radio during the Le Grand Miam programme in which Chef Jésus gives his cooking tips.
