Nicolas Frion proposes a subtle, intelligent type of cuisine. He rigorously selects the products from the south-west of France himself, then prepares them with the greatest of creativity. Using traditional dishes as a basis, he knows how to turn them upside down in an exquisitely inspired and original manner.
He is also a member of French food lover’s alliance AFAMES (Alliance des Friands Amateurs de Mets Epicuriens et Savoureux), a group of chefs from the Gironde who share the same passion for the cuisine of the south-west of France.
