Pascal Nibaudeau

From Brussels to Nice, via London and now the Cap Ferret, Pascal Nibaudeau has become known as a distinguished gourmet specialist. Appointed head chef of the Pinasse Café, he excels in his exquisite pairings of seafood products and the finest Bordeaux wines. After having been voted the Gault et Millau d’Or, he was then awarded one star by the Michelin Guide, the highest culinary distinction. His cooking style is both simple and skilled, he couples gastronomy with volumes for a surprising, harmonious result.

He has just taken over the Maison des Bonnes Choses, a fine foods store & delicatessen located in Cap Ferret.
