My blog is a passion (for cooking) and the desire to share that passion online.
I wanted to introduce fairly festive recipes, inspired by great Chefs, that I’ve tried to make understandable to most readers. To do so, I’ve broken the recipe down, showing the different steps in pictures. The visual aspect of the dish plays an important role, in the end, that’s what makes someone want to taste it, so I pay special attention to taking the different shots, to show the dishes at their best.
Another part of the blog that is also important are the accounts written after dining in a restaurant, in Aquitaine of course, but in France and abroad, too. I’ve realised that my readers are interested in hearing about new restaurants, and for that matter, there are more and more restaurant professionals among the readers who are following my blog’s gastronomic news and activities.
